Services

Apex Performance and Wraps provides automotive protection and enhancement services including, but not limited to, paint protection film installation, ceramic coating application, window tinting, vehicle wraps, paint correction, and professional detailing. All services are subject to availability and are performed at our discretion based on vehicle condition and customer requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the requested work cannot be performed to our quality standards.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned checks or disputed charges without valid reason may result in additional fees.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.

Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by service and product. Specific warranty terms will be communicated to you at the time of service and included in your service documentation. Warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow the aftercare instructions provided at the time of service. Failure to properly maintain the installed product may void the warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection at our facility.

Limitation of Liability

Apex Performance and Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or project in question. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, or issues that arise from manufacturer defects in the vehicle's paint or surfaces.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
